Social Media In Justice System  -

Social media and incarceration refer to the complex relationship between the use of social media platforms by individuals who are or have been incarcerated. This relationship involves various aspects, including the challenges faced by inmates in accessing social media, the potential positive and negative impacts of social media on their lives, and the role of social media in raising awareness about incarceration-related issues and reform efforts.

The Systems Impacted Youth College Fund was created to support students in stage II of the Incarceration to College Program.Incarceration to College is a college outreach program from the Berkeley Underground Scholars Initiative for in-custody and out-of-custody youth. We provide a comprehensive program that assists justice-impacted youth from the moment of interaction all the way through their college careers
