The echochamber effect is when our social media feeds become a echo chamber of our own views and opinions. This can lead to FOMO, as we see everyone around us enjoying things that we're not part of. It's important to remember that social media is not an accurate representation of reality, and that everyone experiences FOMO from time to time. Just because you're not seeing the best parts of people's lives doesn't mean you're missing out on anything.
